Quick Thaw May Lead to Flooding
As flooding is overtaking many area's of Surrey and Bershire England, home buyers better be on their toes making certain properties they purchase don't have prior flood damage. With no real laws like we have here, some buyers may find themselves deep in mold.
Be thankful Illinois is a state where our Home Inspectors are State Certified. Always keep in mind if you think you have mold, you will need an inspector that specifically searches for mold. Though most home inspectors will point out molds clearly evident, they may also point out things that could lead to mold, but unless you are paying for a 'mold only' inspection, don't expect the Inspector to find all traces of mold in your house (under contract).
