Things can't continue in the pattern seen now for past few years. London pricing is not making any sense and is only a matter of time before this bubble bursts just like the US and some other European countries. With home prices rising all over, Britain is pricing it's own population from the ability to own their own homes. Pricing beyond what first time home buyers can afford. Real estate laws that have little protection. Something has got to change.
